What Do I Do About 'no Information Available' On Guide

I've unplugged my satellite dish multiple times already and it still say the same thing is there anything else I can do to fix this

Hi, I am sorry you are having a problem with the "No Information Available", this means that the guide has not update and the information is not available. The best way to resolve this issue is to unplug the receiver from the power for 10 seconds and then allow the receiver to reboot. It will Acquire the satellite signal and then download the programming guide. This download will resolve the issue you are having. Have a great night!
