Why Does My Dish Network Guide Says No Info Available

There are a few reasons why it shows 'No Info Available'. The main reason is the guide isn't updating every night, and is unable to maintain the guide. Another reason is if you are having any signal loss, the guide won't update on it's own automatically.

To ensure it does the updates, make sure it is in standby mode and that the nightly updates are enabled. You can also force a guide download by running a check switch test. Let me know if you have any other questions!
