Dish Remote Not Bring Up Menu

DISH remote will turn tv on, off, control volume & mute but will not bring the menu to access DISH receiver system setup, point Dish, etc. TV is a Daewoo model DTQ 27S3FC, receiver is a VIP222k, remote is 20.0IR - 175544. Thank you, Karen

Hello Karen, when you press the menu or guide button on the remote what button is lighting up at the top? If not the SAT button please press this. IS this for TV 1 or 2? Is this a new TV? If so it could be causing IR interference. You may email for assistance or post back here with more information for help.
