Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem getting DISH to show up on your new TV. The biggest trick with adding a new TV is making sure that the TV is set to the proper channel or input where the receiver is sending the signal. Are you in the same room with the receiver? What type of cable do you have going from the receiver to the TV? If the TV and the receiver are on with lights in front, then find the input selection on the TV remote or on the TV itself and select each one, leave it on each input for 30 seconds, if no picture move on to the next one.
If you have a Coax cable or you are at the TV2 location we will need to set the TV to a specific channel. TV1 will be 3 or 4 and TV2 will be 62 or 73. If you can get TV2 to go to 73 than leave it there, if not set it to 62. Now go to TV1 and using the TV1 remote press Menu 6-1-5 Modulator Set-up. Highlight under TV2 "Cable" and press select. it will change the channel to 73. Select done and then cancel back out to a normal picture. You should now have a picture at TV2. If you are still having any difficulties, please email me directly and I will assist further. Thank you!
