2nd Remote Won't Work. What Do I Do??

Hi, I apologize about the inconvenience. It sounds like the remote either needs to be reprogrammed or replaced. If the lights are still lighting up but the TV is not responding than it is a program issue. To reprogram the remote you will need to go to menu, system set up, installation, than system info. You can get to these menus by using the buttons on the front of your receiver. Once in the system info screen look in box I for TV 1 or J for TV 2. Once you see the number to the right of “rem addr” press and hold the SAT button down on the remote until all the lights on top of remote light up. Than release the button, enter the same number you found on the screen into the remote than press the # button, and than hit record button three times. Once this is complete you want to exit out of all the menus and try the remote. If TV2 is the one needing reprogrammed you will want to enter the number 15 into the remote instead of the number found on the screen. You will need to do all this at TV1.
