How Do I Get 4 Epix Movie Channels?

i received in the mail about 1 free month of 4 EPIX movies channels, but going on line has confused me

Go to this page for the promo starting Jan. 17th - Mar. 31st! I just checked the site & it's now functioning. It redirects you to an account creation page or if you already have an online account with dish, just login. I hope you enjoy the month’s movie offerings.
