I Get 3 Flashing Lights When Charging My Dewalt 28v Batteries

The charger is telling you its time to replace the battery. Dewalt chargers have a system of blinking lights to indicate a problem. Different light combinations indicate different problems. See the chart below for the different fault codes. This is also stamped on the charger itself.
