To reset for the processor unplug the unit from AC power, then while pressing speakers A and B at the same time, plug in power. When the display flashes at 3 seconds intervals, then release the speakers A and B buttons. If this does not work, then the unit has an internal shorted component (most likely an output transistor), and is in need of service.
