Vostro 1710 Will Not Eject

Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. The Dell Vostro 1710 goes with a slot drive, so click on the My Computer icon, right click on the CD/DVD drive and click on eject. If it does not eject, restart your system and try again. If it still does not eject, then the drive needs a replacement.
