Hi pacheryl,

The Vostro 1520 has DigitalPersona software available that can be used to configure fingerprint access to the system and applications within Windows. Check out the drivers and downloads link below with information on how to download the latest driver version. For instructions on installing the required software and how to use I’ve included two guides at the bottom of the post. Hope it helps!
