Dell Vostro 1510 - Lock Light With 9 In It Flashes - No Screen - Help?

other 2 lock lights come on, but does not boot

Hi,

I work for Dell's Social Media Team. As per the diagnostic indicator's this is a motherboard failure. However I recommend you try reseating the memory, or try using one memory stick at a time, or swap the memory sticks in different slots. Use the below link for help in removing the memory.
