Studio 1558 Laptop Adapter Suddenly Died?

I was using my laptop, with the power cord inserted into a wall socket. Suddenly, the computer decides to restart itself, and is also not accepting more power from that cord. Having tried a different cord, which worked, I deduce that the cord is at fault here, but is there no way I can get it fixed cheap? This being my fourth power cord, I don't really want to buy another one.   (Dell sure has crappy design when it comes to part longetivity.)

The only solution for this is to purchase a brand new power adapter of your Dell Studio 1558. These are the product links for your easy purchase.

Read the user's manual here to know how you can setup the device.
