How Come Dell's Comustor Service Sucks So Bad

who can understand the folks in india? they can't do anything without a 3 day request while you computer sits someplace in the usa sometimes only a few min from where you are but you can't get it returned...it has been over 2 months and 50 phone calls and i still haven't got it returned to the correct address....called american express and refused payment for the repairs//they can keep the piece of crap..i give up

LOL I fully agree with you there. Customer Service blows, It is bad because the out source the Customer Service to the cheapest bidder and half the time the dont know what they are doing or you can not understand them, When I owned a dell which I do not and do not recommend, I would call and tell them I want to talk to an English person who I can understand they didnt like it but the had to get someone who I would talk to also. Also if anything I recommend building you own computer for you get a heck of a lot for a heck of a lot less then you pay for a pre built comp.
