T3600 Mem Error #3. After Repl.mem - Same. If Disable Rmt It Boots.swapped Sb To

I have a T3600 that was giving me a #3 diag light. I replaced cpu, systemboard and memory. I was still getting the #3 light. When I disabled the RMT the system would boot (that is with all the old memory or new in slots). But, upon startup I get error message pertaining to RMT, but you can hit F1 and system starts normally. But the moment I enable RMT - it will not boot.
