Hardware Solution

WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF DELL POWER EDGE T610 SERVER GIVING THIS MESSAGE, MEMORY NOT DETECTED, 1910 INTRUSION DETECTED.

The 2nd part of your question indicates the cover is open on the server, this is what causes the intrusion detected. In regards to no memory detected, there can be a number of issues that can cause this.

Where I advise starting is to see if you can boot the unit with just one processor and one memory module. On the inside of the server cover, it has a layout for memory population to ensure you have the proper modules in proper slots.

Once online, you would then want to be sure to update both the BIOS and iDRAC are updated.
