Below is what the LED lights 2 and 4 on the Optiplex 980 represent.
A possible graphics card failure has occurred.
- Ensure that the display/monitor is plugged into discrete graphic card.
- Reseat any installed graphics cards.
- If available, install a working graphics card into your computer.
