Orange Light Blinking
himy dell optiplex 7010 i bought it and it was working then it suddenly stopped working everytime i switch on there is a orange blinking light. i tried changing cmos battery and nothing changed then i removed ram and put it back still nothing. help me.when i power on only the fan is running but nothing else. thanks
