Hi lee61431,

My name is Hardeep and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell.

Please remove the power cable from the projector and press "Power" button for 20-30 seconds. This will release the residual power from the projector.
After that power on the projector and if the issue still persists, please try to take the projector back to factory defaults.  To do this:
Please press "Menu", Select "Settings"<"Advanced settings"<"Projector settings"<"factory defaults" and press  select button.
Projector would be restored back to default settings. Please let us know if it works for you.

Thank you.
