The compatible driver software for the VGA adapter of your Dell Latitude E6430 laptop may not be installed into your computer or corrupted. The very first solution that you have to consider is reinstall the driver software for the VGA. You can download the latest VGA driver software here:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/product/latitude-e6430

Just search for the VGA driver, download it, install and restart your computer system.
