Hi. Assuming you have the 'IDT 92HDxxx HD Audio Driver A03' installed snd not using the generic Windows audio driver. Launch the 'IDT' app and mute the mic from there. You will have to install the 'IDT 92HDxxx HD Audio Driver A03' in case you do not have it installed.
