What To Do To Return Pc To Factory Settings?

would like to get help from someone other than myself on the subject as to how to return my computer back to factory settings. it has a lot pf problems that it seem s that is the only way to get to the bottom of all of this. i have talked to people and looked on the Internet and i have run out of options as to what i can do. i am on limited funds and that is that. so now i am asking for a Free manual to guide me now. thank you, Lin Rodgers

Your pc came with an installation disc. Insert it, do a clean install. Your settings will be reset. Your windows installation will need to be activated again and your old files will be on your C:\ drive in a folder marked windows.old
