Dell Aio W01b Desktop Giving 1 Beep And No Display

Hi,First my Dell desktop stop booting, I opened it up and removed 1 RAM of 2gb and it started working booting and shutting down perfectly but much slower which was expected. I ordered same RAM and fixed it in the slot and the system started working perfect and I checked speek and rebooting number of times, so I closed it up. After assembling the system back 1st I heard the windows login music but no display was there, upon rebooting same result. I opened the system back again to checked if everything was ok but now when I am booting it, it has started giving a beep and no display. Please help.
