Inspiron N5030 Is Displaying Error Code 2000-0145 From Preboot System
after inserting flashdrive from lap top system went extremely slow could not shut down or function properly. had to reboot and took like an hour just to open. preboot system assesment built 4125 shows failed hard drive test error code 2000-0145

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
This is an error determining that the system hard drive has failed/about to fail. I would recommend you to back up any important information from the system.
You may try the following troubleshooting steps;
Power down system; reconnect hard drive from System Board. Rerun the diagnostic. If no error occurs then it’s a cable or connector issue. Reflash latest BIOS.
Please refer to the Owners manual if you need assistance in removing the part.
