Hi,

You can turn your computer's wireless networking function on and off  by pressing the <Fn><F2> key combination.

We can try few steps which may fix the wired internet issue:

Reseat network cable on the computer end and also from the modem/router end.

Check if Link LEDs blinking at the computer end. If no response, Power cycle modem/router and try known good cable

To power cycle the modem/ router, please switch off the modem first and then the router. Then, switch off the computer. Once the computer is switched off, wait for 1 min and switch on the modem. Once you see all the light on model switch on the router and then the computer. Please check if this fixes the issue.

You can also run Microsoft fixit which may fix the issue. Please click on the link and download and run Microsoft fixit:

Some more steps that you can follow if the above mentioned steps don’t resolve the issue.

Please reinstall the network drivers of the computer. Please click on the link below to download the drivers:

Please enter the Service Tag, select the Operating System you are using and then download Ethernet drivers, which should fix the issue.
