N4110 Blank Screen

Laptop won't turn on or off but light stays on with blank screen either way

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

If the power light is turned on and there is no video on the screen, verify if you hear any beep sound at start up to know if the system completes post. If you do hear any beep sound, follow the link below to resolve no video issue. (Issue 2)
