How Do Open Disk Drive On Dell 620

Hi. There is a Quick Start Guid here that should be able to help. Whenever CD/DVD can't be taken out, it is best practise to use the pinhole way. But, this must be done when the computer is turned off as ejecting externally will override the internal control of the drive. Therefore, it is very likely the issue will occur.
