How To Resolve 03 Micro Office I386 Folder Is Missing And No Cd Available.

Inherited the inspiron 2600 from relative, they "clean" laptop to remove their information but i believe they didnt have a clue.. I was trying to repair the microsoft 03 and when asked to locate the folder for the pro.11 i looked and it is not there and the i386folder is also empty. am i went into my windows folder i have done a search So my system is not running properly.
