The Printer Is Only Connected Via Wi-fi Network. After Installing Drivers, It

works fine for a few days and then goes offline for no apparent reason and the only way to get back online is to reinstall drivers...

The driver software that you have recently installed may not be the right driver for your Dell B1160W printer/scanner. Reinstall the driver by using the software from DELL support website. Here's the link:
