How Can I Print To A Dell B1160w From My Ipad

According to Apple's list of Airprint-compatible printers, the B1160w is not Airprint-compatible. (However, the B1163w and B1165nfw are both compatible with Airprint.)
In order to print to your printer from an Apple device, you would need something that provides Airprint capability to the printer, such as the Lantronix xPrintServer. This print server gives your printer Airprint functionality so that you can print wirelessly to it from Apple devices.
