Dell 3130 Giving Error 001-360 After Duplexor Was Installed
I installed a new duplexor and our dell 3130 first says it is ready to print, begins calibration and then throws error code 001-360. It also says to reseat the duplexor. I have done that several times and it continues to do the same thing. I remove the duplexor and the error goes away.
