can dell webcam central can be use by a site for video streaming when the camera is on capture mode?

Hello Anonymous-73777,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

Dell Webcam Central is used only to capture and record images on your system, it cannot be used to stream it on any other sites.

If you are concerned about privacy, it is not possible for a third party who is on another system to watch the video when you are in capture mode.
(Websites like Skype, yahoo messenger, gtalk, facebook chat etc. have the options of video chat have there own video streaming applications which they use and does not access Dell WebCam Central)
