I Purchased A New Hd Tv, Can I Use The Same Receiver Box The Other Tv Was Not Hd

The TV will work with the old receiver box but the picture will not be in HD if the box is not HD capable. Your best bet it to call your cable provider, give them the model number of your box and they will be able to tell you if the box is HD capable or not or help you get a box that supports HD.
