Directv Remote Rc65x Will Not Turn Tv Off

Hi, it sounds like you either need to reprogram the remote to your TV, or else try a different code for your TV's manufacturer. You can find the codes and instructions for programming your DirecTV remote at the link below. Just select your remote's model number and then the brand for the TV/device you want to program the remote for, and the codes and instructions will be displayed.
