Why Direct Tv Remote Rc64 Turn Off Dvd Player But Will Not Turn It On?

Hi, your remote may just need to be reprogrammed with a different code. Each brand has several codes to choose from. You can find the instructions for reprogramming your DirecTV remote at the link below:
