The Customer Should Not Pay To Return A Defective Or Poorly Designed Product
I received a gift 3 weeks ago which can no longer be used. DGB-600BCC
Reading the warranty it says I have to pay to return and pay again to ship back to me. THIS IS REALLY LOUSY SERVICE. When aproduct is bought locally it should be returned locally and the manufacturer can either set up a repair depot or ship themselves.
I worked as a manufacturers rep. for 20 years and my customers would not buy my products if I provided this kind of INFERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
