Software Neede To T/f From Computer To Ziio Via Data Link
PROBLEM We bought an Amazon Book on line which is now in our computer (Vista Windows), and we can read it on the computer screen.
We cannot get the book to transfer from the computer to the e-reader.
It has been suggested that the cable supplied with the E-reader is only able to transfer data from the computer and not transfer the e-book obtained via the internet.
We have tried to get the e-book from Amazon sent directly to the ZiiO e-reader, but at the end of the transaction Amazon requires a 16 digit code for the unit before it will transmit the book to the ZiiO unit.
We cannot find any such number on the e-reader and assume this is something provided with the Ziio Unit.
The unit is absolutely useless to us as it is and might just as well be thrown away.
