Have My Posting Appear

I posted our home on craigslist. My account shows the ad active but it never appears. I have not violated their rules and when I e-mail a question on their website, their reply is always check out their HELP list. This info doesn't do me any good because I find NO violations and you can not gewt a LIVE person to help. Our home is worth $785,000 and we have sold many things using Craigslist but for some reason with the price of the home I always need to wait for a secret code to submit my ad in the first place. What is going on? Is there a way to have my posting appear on craigslist?

Postings may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, craigslist staff, or community moderation, for reasons including failure to comply with terms of use, posting guidelines, and/or community norms.
