Why Are There Car Ads Continually Being Posted To My Account? Forty In Total.

Almost every time they say deleted, but recently I had an inquiry to my email.

My guess is that you're the victim of a prankster. Craigslist's one-on-one support, as you may have found, is essentially non-existent. There's a "contact us" link (you can use https://losangeles.craigslist.org/contact), but (sorry) don't count on any response or action, beyond the deletions that you've already noted. To minimize the inconvenience caused to you by responses to the bogus ads, you may want to create an outgoing phone greeting to deflect phone responses, or a filter for email responses. (For the latter, consult your ISP if you need to.)
