Why Is My Ad Not Posting In Personals? Followed All Instructions And Guidelines

Why is it so difficult for a woman to post a personal ad on cl? Y am i flagged or put on hold when my ads are perfectly nice but some men on there r trolls and pervs and post pics of their private parts and some offer $ for sex? THEY dnt hav problems i posted an hour and a half ago. I folled all directions and guidelines. i m not looking for sex. So y the holdup ?
