New Bought Blower - 2 Items Not Described In The Manual.

1. Yellow cap (same as an oil cap) located on the left side of the unit - part of the engine. 2. Two electric wires with the connector, coming from the inside and not connected to anything - on the right side of the blower. Please explain - what is it for?
