I Have Cox Service. I Just Received Cox Service Where If Somebody Calls You It

I have Cox service where when a call comes in it shows on the TV who is calling.  Somehow that got disconnected so my phone does not work.  I need some help.  What should I do.

Either your equipment needs to be reset or a setting is off on the account.  Either way you will probably need to call into support to get this fixed.  The number I have for support is 

(850) 478.0200
