Hp Compaq Nc8230 Completely Dead.
Powered down correctly last time. Mains power on, but no indication on notebook. Is there a fuse on the motherboard that could have blown? What else could be checked?

The power supply may be partially powering the unit. Beyond that it's probably a dead motherboard.
This is all just a guess since I cannot touch the unit.
