Cd /dvd Not Working

While operating the cd/dvd ,it is not supporting,but the cd/dvd is running.This problems happened after my laptop captured virus.So we formated and other problems solved except this dvd problem pl give me asuggestion

you have to scan the cd/dvd drive with virusscanner i suggest avira antivirus
