There are several ways to reboot. The first and safest way is to hold down the CTRL key, then the ALT key and then the DEL key. Hold them down for a few seconds and the unit may reboot. If not, try holding the power switch in until the unit reboots. Last but not least, cut power or unplug the unit for a few seconds then plug it back in. Try them in this order from safest to least safest and you should solve your problem.
