HOW DO I GET THE CODE FOR MY NEW REMOTE THAT I RECEIVED FROM COMCAST ? I HAD TO GET A DIGITAL ADAPTER FROM COMCAST, NONE OF THE CODES WILL ALLOW ME TO PROGRAM THE REMOTE I RECEIVED FROM COMCAST. I HAVE AN OLDER MODEL PANASONIC WITH BUILT IN DVD PLAYER, COMCAST RECOMMENDED I CONTACT PANASONIC

Unfortunately not all universal remotes will program to all devices. You may have to use the original remote to turn the TV off/on and control volume.
