After like an hour of testing I think I've figured it out. what you need to do too get it onto your device is:
  1. Plug in your device.
  2. Open my computer
  3. Click on the Coby removable disc drive
  4. Click New folder (name it whatever you want)
  5. Drag the music you want from Coby media management library into the new folder

Note: I tried too just drag the music files from my documents and it didn't work, so you have too drag them from the Coby Media Manager library for it too be the correct format.

Then too play the music on your device:

  1. Press Music
  2. Press Explorer (IMPORTANT, IF YOU PRESS EXPLORER BEFORE YOU PRESS MUSIC IT WILL NOT SHOW THE RIGHT STUFF)
  3. From here you should see the folder you created (you may have to scroll down using the volume buttons on the left side of the device)
  4. Press your folder
  5. Pick a song

Hope this helped :)
