i try to play my music and it says unknown format what can i do to fix it?

Hello this happens when you load an audio file which is in a different format from the the mp3 and WMA or MPG, VOB, MP4, AVI, FLV, WMV for the video file. To solve this problem simply convert your files to the format allowed by your colby device. This can be done online using google to search for the right site to convert your files
