Mp828-8g I Can't Play Any Video Files I Load To My Mp3. Can You Advise Please?

MUSIC WORKS GOOD, PICTURES ARE EASILY VIEWED....BUT NO VIDEO FILES THAT SYA THEY ARE SUPPORTED!

I had the same problem with mine. Aparently it only reads ".avi" files. Its crazy I'm turning all my video files into .avi that I download from the web and it's taking for ever.... If I shoulded known I wouldn't buy it.

Make SURE You Use the Software that came with the unit you are using. If the video shows as an ico, it is useable, then you need to sync it to you devovce. If the video looks like a vdeo reel and not an icon of your vdeo, it's not a useable type!
