How Can I Download Google Play For Coby Kyros Mid 8048

You cannot download google play at all with this device. It does not support google play and there are internal barriers within the system preventing you from downloading google play. You can however download the 1mobile market that has most google play apps at 1mobile.com. I have a coby tablet myself and 1mobile seems to do the trick.
