City Bank Paid A Tax Lien Assessment; I Do Not Have Any Tax Lien. I Checked.l

They paid this from my escrow account.  I got the ful Government Print and again, I have never had a tax lien.  I never wanted this company...they have been absolutely a nightmare from day 1.  Please help!
